Payment systems existing in the Bank S.W.I.F.T., AZIPS, XÖHKS allow making money transfers promptly and at a high level - both on the territory of our Republic and abroad.
SWIFT Development and use of new payment systems is one of key directions of bank activity. Since 2000 AGBank is a member of the S.W.I.F.T. (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications). S.W.I.F.T. is global leader in the sphere of financial telecommunications and currently encompasses over 8 300 financial institutions from 208 countries. Concept, forms and rules of transfer of financial information suggested and introduced by SWIFT have acquired the status of generally accepted international standard.
AZIPS More than 50 national payment systems of Azerbaijan have been built on the base of SWIFT network. Azerbaijan is the first CIS country that established its national payment system (AZIPS) on the base of SWIFT. Use of the unitary SWIFT standards in national payment systems allows minimizing settlement and financial risks, improving efficiency and safety of settlements, reducing costs of messages. AGBank carries out bank transfers for its customers all over the world via SWIFT system, using correspondent accounts in foreign banks.
XÖHKS Since 2003 AGBank is a member of local clearing system created by the company CMA Small Systems AB with the support of National Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic. The system is intended for paying communal bills, as well as for small and non-urgent payments.
