Mission and goals:
For the strategic period covering 2014-2015 years Management of the Bank must accomplish the following strategy.
•Backed by professional human resources, increasing the number and variety of services provided to small and medium businesses, to keep the leading position in the market.
•Program of shareholders, customers and human resources provided below. To achieve this goal the Board of the Bank shall use the following strategy for 2014-2015 years.
•The main strategic objectives:
• Improvement of corporate administration systems.
• Creation of advanced system of human resource management.
• Improvement of IT operation and development of a system of information (data) flow.
• Creation of the system providing highly qualified services to the customers.
• Maintain the leading positions in the plastic cards market.
• Improvement of financial management.
• Establishment of additional financial institutions of the Bank.
